Kubota Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd. and Kubota Vision Japan KK (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Companies") have established this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") regarding the handling of personally identifiable information including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., which is provided by users who use the Companies' website, purchase the Companies' products, or inquire about the products (the "Personal Information").

The Companies use the Personal Information received from users to the extent necessary to answer users' questions, to sell products to users, and in connection therewith.

• The Companies may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. The Companies shall specify the update in advance and publish it on the Companies' website at least seven days prior to the effective date. After the effective date, the updated Privacy Policy shall apply.
